We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every order.

Damaged, Defective, or Undelivered Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not arrive at all, we will promptly issue a replacement or a full refund—based on your preference. Please contact us at
mqually@icloud.com with your order number and relevant photos within 7 days of delivery.

Limited Edition (LTM) Items
Returns are accepted within
60 days of purchase for all LTM (Limited Time Market) items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Made-To-Order Items
All other products are made-to-order. This means we create each piece only after it’s purchased, helping us significantly reduce unnecessary waste and environmental harm. As a result, we do
notaccept returns or exchanges for change of mind on made-to-order items.
